→gh = acceleration due to gravity at the height (h) = 0.64g.
Now,
0.64g = g R²E/(RE + h)²
=> 0.64 (RE + h)² = R²E
=> 0.8h = 0.2 × RE = 0.2 × 6400
=> h= 2 × 6400/8
