Explanation:

\huge\underline{\underline{\sf ANSWER}} \\  \huge \: hey....

K. E = 1/2 mv^2

1 = 1/2 (1)(v^2)

v^2 = 2

v = 2

So velocity is 2

If velocity is 1/2× 2

then..

K. E = 1/2 mv^2

= 1/2 (1) (2/2)

= 2/4

K. E = 2/4

Answer:

K. E = 1/2 mv^2

1 = 1/2 (1)(v^2)

v^2 = 2

v = √2

So velocity is √2

If velocity is 1/2× √2

then..

K. E = 1/2 mv^2

= 1/2 (1) (√2/2)

= √2/4

K. E = √2/4

Hope this helps you......
