We know that,

K.E = 0.5 x m x v²

Here, K.E = 1 J, m = 1 kg, v= ?

Therefore, v² = K.E / 0.5 x m

v² = 1 / 0.5 x 1 = 2

Therefore, v = √2

Hope it Helps!

Answer:

● When it's speed is 1.4m/s

=>  K.E = 1/2 m {v}^2

=>  1 = 1/2 × 1 × {v}^2

=>  2 = {v}^2

=>  {v}^2 = 2

=>  v = √2

or

=>  1.4m/s
