Mass (m) = 2 kg

Kinetic Energy (K) = 500 J

K = mv²

.... where 'v' is the Velocity of body,

500 = 2v²

250 = v²

15.811 m/s = v

The Body must have a velocity of 15.811 m/s.

[Assuming that the body doesn't change its direction, we can state Velocity=Speed]
