Answer:

This chapter is force in physics

As we know , Kinetic energy formula is = 1/2 mv²

and momentum is = m × v

A/C to question, K.E = M

1/2 mv²= m×v( dividing both sides by m and v ,as common)

We get , 1/2 v = m

That means one-half of velocity is equals to mass of that body.

Answer:

This case is possible when speed of object is 0.

When the object is at rest the velocity of the object is equal to 0.

Momentum of object is given by,

Momentum = Mass x Velocity

p = m x 0

p = 0

Kinetic energy = 1/2 x Mass x Velocity ^2

K.E = 1/2 x m x 0^2

K.E = 0

Answer :- When speed is 0 m/s the momentum and kinetic energy of a body will have the same value.
