a and b constant for SO_2 is :

a=6.71\ atm\ liter^2\ mol^{-2}\\\\b=0.0564\ liter \ mol^{-1}

We know, for real gas :

(P+\dfrac{an^2}{V^2})(V-nb)=nRT

Putting all given values in above equation we get :

(15+\dfrac{6.71\times 3^2}{10^2})(10-3\times 0.0564)=3\times 0.082\times T\\\\T=\dfrac{(15+\dfrac{6.71\times 3^2}{10^2})(10-3\times 0.0564)}{3\times 0.082}\\\\T=623.57\ K

Hence, this is the required solution.
