Explanation:

We know the 9C = 5(F-32)

where C is temperature in Celsius and F in Fahrenheit.

Let the temperature in Celsius be T, then the temperature in Fahrenheit be 5T

9C =(5F-32)

9T = (5T-32)

T = 10 degree C

Temperature on Fahrenheit is 50 degree F

Use the relation

 \frac{C}{5}  =  \frac{F - 32}{9} and \: substitute \: C = x \: °C \\  \\  \frac{x}{5}  =  \frac{5x - 32}{9} \\  \\ 9x = 25x - 160 \\ \\  16x = 160→x =  \frac{160}{16}  = 10°C

The temperature in Fahrenheit scale is 5x = 5 × 0 = 50°F
