Velocity of sound, in m/s in air at T degree C is given by the formula
v = 331 + 0.6 xT. This gives a value of 331 m/s at 0C
So the velocity of sound will be triple or 993 m/s at 331 + 0.6x T
So we get 0.6xT = 993-331 = 662 . From this we get T = 662/0.6 = 1103 degree
