At 3:15 the hour and minute hands will coincide.

(Brainliest, please!)

saverarajeshp5fdug: At 3 o'clock, the minute hand is 15 min. spaces apart from the hour hand.
To be coincident, it must gain 15 min. spaces.55 min. are gained in 60 min.
15 min. are gained in
= (60/55 x 15)min
=16+4/11
The hands are coincident at 16 + 4/11 min past 3
MelissaTan: Did you copy that from a website?
Nikki7810: no
Nikki7810: I observed it in my watch and I told you like that
MelissaTan: Er I was directing my reply to saverarajeshp5fdug?
Nikki7810: Sorry ✋
MelissaTan: It's fine haha
saverarajeshp5fdug: No
MelissaTan: Are you sure? Because there are many websites I found out which has exactly the same solution as yours.
