Hey there!
I am here to help!
The time is 5 5/11 minutes after 7
If the hands of a clock to be in the same line but not together, then there should be a difference of 30 minutes
At 7 o'clock, they have a difference of 25 mins
Minute hand will have to gain 5 minutes
55 minutes are gained in 60 minutes
So, 5 minutes are gained in x minutes
5/x=55/60
5*60/55=x
60/11=x
5 5/11 =x
So, the time between 7 and 8 o'clock will the hands of a clock be in the same straight line but, not together is 5 5/11 mins past 7
hope helped!
