Dividend = 6.25%

Nominal Value = ₹50

Return = 10%

We have to find M.V.

First find the dividend(Income) on 1 share → 6.25% of ₹50( N.V.) = ₹6.25

Now use the formula → Return% = Income or Dividend / Investment * 50

10= 6.25/M.V. * 50

So, M.V. = 6.25 / 10 * 50 = 6.25/ 500

so rs125

Step-by-step explanation:

Dividend = 6.25%

Nominal Value = ₹50

Return = 10%

We have to find M.V.

First find the dividend(Income) on 1 share → 6.25% of ₹50( N.V.) = ₹6.25

Now use the formula → Return% = Income or Dividend / Investment * 50

10= 6.25/M.V. * 50

So, M.V. = 6.25 / 10 * 50 = 6.25/ 500

so rs125
