g'=g/(r+h)^2

given that g is reduced by 75%,then

g'=g-75

g=75/100=3/4

then,

3/4-75=(r+h)^2

r+h=(3-75*4/4)^2

h=-(297/4)^2-6400

h=(88209/16)-6400

h=5513-6400

h=-887

so at a height of 887 km the acceleration due to gravity decreases by 75%
