The main excavation that was headed by Sir John Hubert Marshall was Mohenjodaro and Harappa that form the Indus Valley Civilization.
He was the one that becomes the Director-General of the Survey team for the archaeologist in the country in the year 1902 till 1928.
He even excavated to the Taxila for twenty years.
