2 Humidity-If Humidity is more rate of evaporation is less In winter air is dry So during winter clothes are dried quickly even in shade

4 Moving air-If the air over the water surface is moving fast Rate of evaporation is more So wet clothes are dried quickly in wind or under a moving fan

it is depend on sun,s tempreture.if its temperature is high the cloth will dry in sunlight soon .
