Faerie Queen is an epic poem by Edmund Spencer which tells us about holiness.
Redcross Knight is the main protaganist of the epic with his wife Una as the other central character.
He undertakes his quest at the behest of Duessa, who acts as a woman in danger to trap the Redcross Knight.
Then she takes him to giant Orgoglio who traps him in a prison.

The Redcrosse knight undertook his quest in the ‘Faerie queene ‘ at behest of his lady Una.
He is presented as a pious personality who is virtuous enough to fight against the all the evils persisting against Christian belief of God.
Una helps Redcrosse knight to find out the truth of life.
