first of all modern education is not a obstacle in job creation you can say that with upcoming of new technology many have to lose their jobs because they still use traditional methods but it is quite normal as whenever there is technological shift some people bound to lose jobs but as they learn the new skill they once again get employed
for example we can say with coming of new technology ( communication ) telegrams operator has no job but now email came as new thing so he is bound to lose job but as he learn new skill he get employed once again
in fact with technology many new jobs come up like computer science field etc
