Step-by-step explanation:

Given: The edge of tank =1.5 m

=150 cm

cost of 5 tiles = 250.

Therefore,. Cost of 1 tiles = 250 ÷ 5

= 50

Surface area of square tank = 5a^2

= 5 × 150 ^2

Area of each tiles = 30 ^2

No. of tiles = 5×150×150÷30×30

=125 tiles

Cost of 125 tiles = 125×50

= Rs. 625
