MUMBAI:Global mobile multi-channel messaging platform mGage today said it has acquired Bengaluru-based counterpart Unicel Technologies.

Unicel provides integrated cloud communications solutions across SMS, voice, unstructured supplementary service data and e-mail platforms in India.

With this acquisition, mGage has gained a strong foothold in enterprise mobile marketing and mobile CRM market in India, mGage said in a statement.
