atmosphere is present around of the earth but it is not present around the surface of the moon.why?

Plz first Mark it as a brainliast ok because this answer is brainliast ,,,, atmosphere is present in Earth because the escaping velocity of Earth is more then all the gases but the escaping velocity of the moon is not greater then the gases so all the gases escaped from moon and there is no atmosphere

because the value of g is more at earth than the moon.So the earth can hold the atmosphere on its surface. But moon have very less g so it cannot hold atmosphere
