Atmospheric pressure is the force / area and force = m*a
and here mass is air molecules but as the temperature increases the volume increases and thus the mass in unit m becomes less so isthe force so the pressure.

when the temperature increases, the air expand. on expanding, it rises up leaving up a low pressure belt.
