Given:

 \sf{Pressure = 1.013 \times10^5pa}

 \sf{Area = 40cm \times 80cm}

To find:

The force

Solution:

We know that,

 \sf\tt{Pressure =  \frac{Force}{Area} } \\

\sf\tt{Force = Pressure \times Area}

A.T.Q

 \sf\rightsquigarrow \: {Force = 1.013 \times {10}^{5}  \times  \frac{\cancel{40}} {\cancel{100}}  \times  \frac{ \cancel{80}}{ \cancel{100}} } \\

 \sf\rightsquigarrow \: {Force = 1.013 \times  {10}^{5}  \times  {\cancel\frac{8}{10}}}\\

\sf\bf\tt\rightsquigarrow \: {Force = 8.104 \times  {10}^{4}N}
