Atomic is electrically neutral because number of electron=number of proton. ... it has tendency to form ion when he donate electron than proton or positive charge increases than atom form cation but when he take electron than negative charge increases than atom for anion.

Explanation:

Atoms are electrically neutral because they have equal numbers of protons and electrons. So if an atom gains or loses one or more electrons, it becomes an ion. If it gains one or more electrons, it carries a net negative charge, and is anionic.
