element Y because it lies in the first grp of the periodic table which indicates that it is highly reactive and also it can lose less no. of electrons which indicates that it has the highest ionisation energy.

ionisation energy define as the amount of energy required to release an electron from outer most cell atomic number of 4,11,and 12 element in which 4 have highest energy because it is near to nucleus so more energy required
