Atomic radius decreses on going from left to right in a period. Thus size than parent atom and anion has greater size than parent atom....

O2–>O>F->F

The size of an anion is greater than its atom which is why O2–>O.

But also O>F- because they are in completely different grps and atomic size decreases as we go from left to right in a period

This fact can also be verified by IUPAC's data which says that the radius of O is 152pm whereas the radii of flouride ion is 136 pm.....
