atomic size of group 18 elements is more than atomic size of group 17 elements please tell fast

Because the elements in Group 18 are inert and have stable electronic configuration. Hence, they don't react.
While, the elements of Group 17 are halogens and they need one electon to become stable in their valence sheel. Hence they are very reactive and
have atomic size less than Group 18 elements...
