H-1 electron: 1s^1
He-2 electrons: 1s^2
Li-3 electrons: 1s^2, 2s^1
Be-4 electrons: 1s^2, 2s^2
B-5 electrons: 1s^2, 2s^2, 2px^1
C-6 electrons: 1s^2, 2s^2, 2px^1, 2py^1
N-7 electrons: 1s^2, 2s^2, 2px^1, 2py^1, 2pz^1
These represent their electronic configurations and the structure of the atoms will be based on their no. of electrons and the shells it fills up.
In H it is 1s^1 it represents it has 1 electron in its first shell and the 1 in the starting shows its in the first orbit.
Thats it.
