atoms are invisible to see even with a high powered microscope so how we can conclude that atoms have nucleus and 2 protons ,two neutrons, and it contain electrons in its anothe shell i have studied that we are made up of cells and now i am studying that every thing either we are also made up of atoms

Atoms contain many protons and electrons, the highest number is 118 for Ununoctium (Uuo).
Atoms are invisible to us by naked eyes. Hydrogen atom is about
 {10}^{ - 10}
m in radius, about one amstrong. It so small that even electron microscopes, which are most powerful, cannot see them. But there are microscopes like atomic force microscope that work only by the force of atoms. Atoms exert force. Working of this microscope proves their existence. The biggest evidence is the results of scientists such as Rutherford, Thomson, etc. Quantam physics, which is the toughest branch of physics, probably science according to me, is based completely on atoms. Cells are much more bigger than atoms. They are in micrometers, not nanometers like atoms. So cells take in O2 and release CO2.
