Atropine is should administrated in small dose because it increases heart rate
and it is not used in patients in whom tachycardia is undesirable

Atropine should not be used I patients in whom tachycardia is undesirable. after myocardial infraction or ischemia with persistent bradycardia , atropine should be administered in the lowest dose possible that increases heart rate...
