so basically the general formula for inradius is

inradius=area of circumscribed triangle /semiperimeter

so semuperimeter can be written as 1/2×perimeter

ie that inradius=area of triangle/perimeter/2

so that 2 goes up in numerator and gets multiplied with area

so hence area is multiplied by 2

also if you are puzzled

simplify use another formula(only in case of equilateral )

ie inradius=root /8 ×side of triangle

I tried to verify my answer on some websites

but it's showing different answer

so kindly see is my answer ryt of wrong
