'Ruslan Skvortsov' was born in Oblast where he 'received his training'. Upon his graduation, he received the joined ballet and was appointed the 'rank of principal dancer' in October 2009 and was also awarded Artist in April 2014.
He is one of the most efficient dancers known up to date and has always described dance as a form of elevation from the grief and tribulations that life might give us.
He is an excellent example of self-trained person and not giving up in life no matter what the circumstances are.
