Answer:
In Ruskin Bond's short story The Eyes Have It, the narrator made several attempts to keep the girl from discovering he was blind. He gave a lovely description of Mussoorie in October, when the girl expressed her desire to visit. He never got out of his seat the entire trip. However, he made a mistake by asking her what she could see from the train window, but quickly corrected himself by pretending to look outside. He also stated that the trees appear to be moving while remaining stationary. When the girl inquired, he confidently stated that no animals were seen outside. He commented to the girl near the end of her journey that she had an interesting face.
