india has seen a sharp decrease in the death rates in the last few decades.this has resulted in more infants surviving into adulthood.such a phenomenon has ensured that the population pyramid is broad in the younger age groups.india today has a relatively large number of young people that means a strong and expanding labour force.if this workforce can be turned into a skilled , spirited lot ,they can be immense help for the future of the nation.
