* Dressing varies from place to place so it also means that nature of the people is also different from place to place.
AGAINST
* Deciding person behavior on the bases of its attire can be wrong at times because people are not what they decide to show.
* Sometime its the tradition or profession which a person has to follow which can give a different opinion about the person.
