company audit :- the member of the company are called as shareholders of a comapany.

partnership audit :- the member of the partnership firm are called as partners.

Company auditing is where the firm is audited by the auditing firm to ensure that there is quality and accountable means of spending of resources bya given company while partnership auditing is where the partnership form of business is audited by the internal auditor to ensure that the is accountability of resources. this may be done annually
