Autobiography of a village railway station

I am railway station at chandanpur village.

I was first established by the British.

I remember the day when they left our country.

Our village once used to thrive with people.

There used to be fairs, Puja's , events every now and then.

But now the time has changed; the people has changed.

Most of the youngsters leave the town to have a better opportunity in career.

I see the tears of their parents everytime they leave.

Sometimes they leave but never come back.

I've seen parents waiting here for hours for their children and returning home.

It's been 15 years I've been last renovated.

I wonder how long I will be able to stay.

But I hear they're saying to make this village a tourist spot.

I am really wishing for that day when this village becomes as it was 50 years ago.
