Autobiography on events in your life that have shaped your personality

My first crush- She changed me in many ways. I never was lucky (or maybe unlucky) enough to call her mine. I never even dared to propose her. I bottled all those feelings within me. Without any sort of direct interaction, she taught me patience. I literally used to wait for her to finish her sums, so that atleast we could walk up to the school gate together. I know it sounds really stupid, but in her own way she made a better man out of me. That very patience, now blessed me with a beautiful partner.
My first utter failure in studies- I scored 5 out of 50 in a maths test in our school. The very first thought that crossed my mind-how the hell am I supposed to face my mother. It taught me two very important lessons. First, however grave your mistake be, a mother will always support you. Second, a single incident cannot define you.
Thanks for the A2A! I know they are not really very big incidents, but nevertheless they had a major role in defining my character.
