Automation anywhere is not capable of working with
Answers
Automation is the replacement of human beings with mechanised robots that are capable of completing the task in a more efficient manner at a greater rate of production. While this is prevalent in most industries at all levels of implementation, there are certain places where robots cannot replace humans.
Quality Control (QC) is one such sector of every major company that still employs humans on a huge scale compared to the robots they have. While robots can efficiently detect faulty stickers and bar codes, certain problems cannot be remedied by them. For instance, in an egg packaging plant, the robots are only programmed to ensure that the egg is completely white all over. However, they will not be able to differentiate between the white of the shell and the albumin. While the shell must be retained during packaging, exposing the albumin can lead to infection. Hence, automation is not capable of working with quality control departments.
