Average age of 5 students of a school is 14 years. The average age of students and their Mathematics and science teachers is 30 years. If the age of science teacher is 6 years more than the age of Mathematics teacher, then what is the age (in years) of Mathematics teacher?

Now, ages(a+b+c+d+e)= 14*5=70

now,

Average of 5 students + 1 science teacher +  maths teacher is 30

let age of science teacher be x

Age of science and maths teacher differ by 6 years

so maths teacher be x-6 years

Now, their average will be: 70+x+x-6/7 = 30 or

70+2x= 30*7+6

x= 73

Age of maths teacher will be 73-6 = 67years
