average age of three brothers is 15 , if the age of two brothers is 15 and 12 ,find the age of third brother. (answer should be according to dav class 5 mathematics)​

Let the ages of 3 brothers be x; y ; z respectively. Then A.T.Q, we have (x+y+z) /3=15

(x+y+z)=45 --------1)

Also we have ages of two brothers as 15 and 12 yrs so by putting x=15 and y =12 in EQ. 1) we get 15+12 + z= 45

z= 45-27

= 18

18 is correct answer
