TO FIND :
6 th score = ?

SOLUTION :

Avg = Total sum of scores / No of scores
55 = Total sum / 11
55 * 11 = Total sum
605 = total sum of 11 scores

Avg = total sum of first 6 scores/number of scores
49 = total sum / 6
49 * 6 = total sum
294 = total sum of first 6 scores

Avg = total sum of last 6 scores / number of scores
52 = total sum / 6
52 * 6 = total sum
312 = total sum of last 6 scores

6th score = ( total sum of first six scores + total sum of last 6 scores) - total sum of 11 scores
= (294 + 312) - 605
= 606 - 605
= 1

Hence the 6th score is 1
