\huge\bigstar\sf\red{Answer:}

\sf{Average=\dfrac{Sum \ of \ observations}{Total \ observation}}

\sf{According \ to \ first \ condition. }

\sf{\dfrac{Sum \ of \ 10 \ numbers}{10}=0}

\sf{\therefore{Sum \ of \ 10 \ numbers=0}}

\sf{According \ to \ the \ second \ condition. }

\sf{New \ average=\dfrac{(Sum \ of \ 10 \ numbers)+72-12}{12}}

\sf{\therefore{New \ average=\dfrac{0+72-12}{12}}}

\sf{\therefore{New \ average=\dfrac{60}{12}}}

\sf{\therefore{New \ average=5}}
