So, $6000 = \frac{\text{Sum of salary of 5 workers}}{5}$

$30000=\text{Sum of salary of 5 workers}$

Let the salary of manager be x

We are given that salary of manager is also included then mean salary of all of them becomes Rs.8000.

So, New sum = 30000+x

New mean = 8000

$8000 = \frac{30000+x}{6}$

48000=30000+x

48000-30000=x

18000=x
