sum of all students numbers/80= 43
sum of all students numbers=43*80=>3440
let the number of students passed be x
then the students failed will be 80-x
average of passed students =>
sum of numbers of passed students /x=52
sum of numbers of passed students=52*x
sum of numbers of passed students=16*(80-x)
then equation formed is
3440=52*x+16*(80-x)
3440= 52x-16x+1280
3440-1280=52x-16x
2160=36x
x=2160/36
=60
