replace a girl of weight 30 in the group with
another girl so that new average increases by 5.

Let y be the age of the new girl

we have (156-30+y) after replacing

Thus, average = (126+y)/6= 26+ 5 ( 5 increase in average)

126+y= 6×31

y= 186-126

= 60
