Ayurveda, India's 5000 year old herbal healing system says that there are three body types that are: batadhosa, Pitta dosha and Kapha Dosha.
Vata means wind, pitta means fire or fire elements and Kapha means water.
The three elements are compared with functions of the human body which is an age-old practice in Ayurveda.
This old theory basically linked the human body with the five natural elements.
