If it goes round in circle path it displacement will be zero and average velocity will also be zero but if he goes in same circle path the distance will be there and average speed will not be equal to zero

speed depends upon the distance travelled by a body whereas velocity depends on displacement of body the reason behind this is distance can never be zero but displacement can be when it reaches to its initial position or where the body had started travelling.
