Answer
a
we know that the acceleration is defined as the rate of change of velocity per unit time
when a body is said to be in uniform velocity it remains the same for the given time interval
thus there is no change in the velocity, the acceleration is said to be zero
b
A body moving on a circular path with constant speed that is undergoing a uniform circular motion has variable velocity. The direction of velocity changes each moment and hence the velocity is not constant.
