H is the mother of M and M is her son.

As given:

1. M is son of E

2. E is father in law of U-----> so we can say that U is the wife of M.

3. H has only son-----> so we can say that the son is M, so H is the wife of E.

4. B and C are siblings and C is not the granddaughter of E------> so we can say that C is the grandson of E whereas the gender of B cannot be determined.

Therefore, it can derived that H is the mother of M.
