1. The love for his sister and the worry for her health made her forget the distance.

2. Mrs.Hurst and Miss Bingley were surprised to see Elizabeth as she had come all the way from home in a rainy weather without a carriage or a horse, on foot just to see her sister. She did not care about the  manners of that time which declared such women to be uncivilized.

3. Jane was overjoyed to see her sister when she was not feeling well. She wanted her to stay. (There can be more to this answer,depends on the marks)

4. The Doctor told that Jane had caught the cold from coming in the rain and must take some bedrest.

5. I am not sure about this one.
