1. The man came to Africa because he was an anthropologist who wanted to study the habits and culture of a remote African village.

2. The man bought a gift basket filled with fruits from around the region for the children.

3. The man drew a line and asked the children to stand behind it. He said when he says so the children must run towards the nearest tree and whoever reaches there first will receive the gift basket.

4. All the children ran towards the basket because they wanted to enjoy the fruits together as a group. They didn't want one one person to be happy and all the others sad.

5. The man asked the children why all of them ran together when one of them could have enjoyed all the fruits for themselves.

6. The children taught an important lesson about community by running towards the tree together as a group.
